We operate the website britishnumbers.com (the "Website"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these Terms (the "Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

- British Numbers, operated by Bona Fides Solutions Ltd, provides Services and Products suitable for individual consumer and businesses that include but not limited to mobile numbers, SIM cards, or any other Service listed on Our Website or agreed through a Purchase.
3.2 Service Provider Vetting
- We take reasonable steps to vet all Service Providers before working or partnering with them.
- By using the Services or Products, You acknowledge that We do not warrant the reliability or performance of any Service Provider.
3.3 Contract Formation
- The Services and Products are intended for Users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services or Products. By making a Purchase, You confirm that You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- All Purchases are subject to acceptance by Us.
- Invoices, Order Confirmations and payment receipts generated before or after making a Purchase on our website, or through any other sales channel, shall not constitute a binding contract between Bona Fides Solutions Ltd and You.
- The contract between Us and You shall only be formed upon the successful delivery and acceptance of the Purchased Services or Products by You.
- You acknowledge and agree that the Company's obligation to deliver the Services or Products is subject to availability, payment confirmation, and compliance with any other conditions specified in these Terms.
- Upon delivery, You are required to inspect Your item promptly and take the necessary steps to complete transfer of ownership.
- If You find any discrepancies, defects, or non-compliance with the delivered Services or Products, You must notify Us in writing within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Failure to notify the Company of any issues within the specified timeframe shall be deemed as the Customer's acceptance of the delivered Services or Products in accordance with the Purchase made.
- The contractual obligations, including but not limited to payment obligations and any applicable warranties, shall commence upon delivery and acceptance of the Purchase Services or Products.
- This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

- Before starting arbitration, both parties must try to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days after one party sends written notice.
- Any dispute will be decided by a single arbitrator appointed under the European Court of Arbitration rules, with arbitration held in London and conducted in English under English law.
- Arbitration applies only to the individual dispute between the parties and cannot be combined with other cases, brought as a class action or filed on behalf of others.
- Certain disputes are excluded from informal negotiation and arbitration, including those involving intellectual property rights, allegations of theft, piracy, privacy violations, unauthorised use or requests for injunctive relief. If any part of this clause is deemed unenforceable, disputes covered by that portion will instead be handled by the appropriate court specified in the jurisdiction section.
- Any complaints should be reported to Us in writing as soon as possible and in any case within 72 hours of the issue arising.
3.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

- otherwise manage the Services or Products in a manner designed to protect Our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of our commercial activities.
- If We restrict Your ability to make a Purchase for any reason, You are prohibited from making another Purchase under Your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any Third-Party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the Third-Party.
- We retain the right to cancel and refund Purchases made which bypass our restrictions.
- In the event a Service or Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any Purchases made, regardless whether or not the Purchase has been confirmed through an Order Confirmation and/or your payment method has been charged. Any associated payments shall be immediately refunded to the same payment method You used to make the Purchase in the amount of the charge.

5.2 Cancellations by You (Return and Refund Policy)
- All Purchases made online are eligible for cancellation at any time prior to delivery.
